This Privacy Policy is part of the Peralending commitment to respect and protect every personal data and information belonging to the individual uses of the Platform, including prospective lenders or borrowers (hereinafter referred to as “User”, “you”, or “Users) or visitors to the Platform. This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance and in compliance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and is for the exclusive use of the Company.
